Upon review of the information provided, we will do our best to exchange the product. In order to qualify for an exchange,  the products must be in the same condition it was received and unused. 

In the event that we cannot accommodate your needs further, a discount code will be given towards your next purchase. This code will only be valid for 30 days after the claim is resolved.
